FECC has recently released "Column FECC ACADEMIA", which provides startups and SMEs with information useful for practical work such as recruitment, human resource management, human resources and labor, in a column format by business professionals in the human resources field, lawyers and social insurance and labor consultants!

This is the first of seven employment and labor consultation centers in Japan to provide columns that convey not only labor and legal perspectives by lawyers and company workers, but also business perspectives by professionals such as recruitment, human resource management, and human resources and labor.

Providing the latest information in conjunction with FECC seminars

By developing a column in conjunction with fecc's monthly seminar for human resources and labor personnel, which has mobilized 198% year-on-year, we will explain in particular the points where there were many responses and questions from seminar participants. Even if you were unable to attend the seminar, you can get the latest information on human resources and labor.

Providing know-how on human resources, recruitment, and labor management for startups

In addition, we provide know-how on how to approach recruitment and organizational issues unique to startups by experienced professionals who support human resources of startups.

コラム FECC ACADEMIA提供の背景と目的

The environment surrounding corporate management is changing dramaticly every day due to the corona disaster. This is also true in the organizational and human resources areas, such as changes in work conditions due to an increase in remote work. Even in such an environment, in order for companies to legally and soundly expand their organizations, we believed that it was important to understand both labor and legal perspectives and business perspectives and proceed with organizational management, so we started providing column FECC ACADEMIA.

Future plans

Column FECC ACADEMA has 12 columns in 3 categories at the time of release. In the future, we will continuously deliver two or more columns every month to continuously deliver useful information to corporate managers and HR personnel, from information that companies should universally know to the latest information tailored to the environment and trends at that time.
