Harassment has serious consequences for mental and physical health.
In the workplace, harassment can impair communication and prevent smooth work from being carried out. It is also possible that the performance of employees who have been harassed​ ​will decline if they are placed in a situation where they are unable to demonstrate their abilities. These are significant losses for companies and lead to a decrease in productivity.
Harassment is a serious problem that serves as a barrier to protecting individual dignity and human rights, and ensuring a safe and secure working environment. That's why preventing harassment is a social responsibility and an issue that should be addressed in every workplace.
In this seminar, lawyers and social labor attorneys with a proven track record in dealing with harassment will explain from both labor management and legal perspectives, such as "What is harassment?" and "What should be done to eliminate harassment?"

FECC Consultant Kotaro Yaguchi (Lawyer)

Belongs to Konowa Law Office. Part-time lecturer at Kyushu University Law School. We handle a wide range of corporate legal affairs, from small and medium-sized enterprises to listed companies. In particular, for startups that do not have legal or labor in place, we are particularly carefully designed to provide easy-to-understand guidance from labor management to contract development, complaint correspondence, and support for the management of general meetings of shareholders and the Board of Directors.

 

FECC Counselor Natsuko Sakichi (Certified Social Labor Consultant)

After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Hiroshima University, he worked at a department store before working at a social labor attorney's office in 2007 and gaining various practical experiences, and in 2019 he established Connect Social Insurance and Labor Attorney Corporation and became its representative. In order to develop the approximately 200 companies we advise and to improve the work environment and job satisfaction of the employees working there, we support the human resources and labor affairs of companies as an expert in human resources, such as acting on behalf of various procedures related to labor and social insurance from recruitment to retirement, solving various problems related to people, and supporting efforts to revitalize organizations.
