In this article, we will focus on the development of new employees, and from the perspective of how new employees can establish themselves in the organization and create an environment where they can play an active role as a force at an early stage, we will gain practical knowledge based on examples of how effective onboarding is built and how other companies support sustainable human resource development strategiesIt is a content that can be done.

In the second half of the book, we will focus on deepening our understanding of labor knowledge in the areas of recruitment activities and human resources, and actual FECC consultants will explain points to note and points in developing internal systems based on past consultation cases.
