◆What is Fukuoka City Employment and Labor Consultation Center (FECC)?
This center is a facility established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Cabinet Office based on the National Strategic Special Zones Act. Lawyers and labor and social security attorneys will consult with you free of charge on questions about labor and legal affairs of companies, such as "recruitment, joining and retirement procedures", "differences in employment status", "precautions for hiring for side jobs", "hiring interns", "how to make work rules", "labor insurance / social insurance procedures", "payroll", "labor-management agreement", "checking labor contract documents", etc.
- Free individual consultation with lawyers and labor consultants about your company's worries
- Experts who are strong in startups and lawyers and labor attorneys who can handle foreign languages respond
- Consultation method can be selected such as contact, online, e-mail, etc.

Event Overview
The rural labor market is facing a shortage of human resources. For local companies, securing young people and human resources with specialized skills and retaining them in the organization are essential for the development of the company. In light of this situation, there is a need for an effective approach to finding and developing human resources in rural areas.
We will be inviting Kenta Muraoka of Wantedly Co., Ltd., who serves as a career mentor at Eikei University, an advisor to the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation, and a mentor leader for the EY Acceleration Program, to share his know-how on discovering human resources and developing new employees.
In this article, we will focus on the development of new employees, and from the perspective of how new employees can establish themselves in the organization and create an environment where they can play an active role as a force at an early stage, we will gain practical knowledge based on examples of how effective onboarding is built and how other companies support sustainable human resource development strategiesIt is a content that can be done.
In the second half of the book, we will focus on deepening our understanding of labor knowledge in the areas of recruitment activities and human resources, and actual FECC consultants will explain points to note and points in developing internal systems based on past consultation cases.

Speakers | Kenta Muraoka (Wantedly Co., Ltd., Regional Revitalization Division) He joined Deloitte Tohmatsu and gained a lot of experience in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises.After that, he was seconded to the Hiroshima Prefectural Government for four years as a special staff member involved in the professional human resources business (Cabinet Office). He was engaged in recruiting about 400 managers a year to support the recruitment of human resources that would contribute to solving management issues, and collaborated with more than 50 human resources services. Currently, he is in charge of the administrative and educational institution collaboration department of Wantedly Co., Ltd., and is currently working fully remotely in Hiroshima City. He has served as a career mentor at Eikei University, an advisor to the Organization for Small and Medium Enterprise Innovation, and a mentor leader for the EY Acceleration Program.
Yuri Hashiya (General Manager, Engagement Division, Wantedly Co., Ltd.) Experienced launching sales planning projects at Sharp Corporation.Since then, he has been in charge of multiple HR businesses, mainly in the fields of medical care, nursing care, and welfare.In the process of promoting his business, he faced the difficulty of "making the organization and people happy through work" and set organizational development and employee engagement as the themes of his career.Currently, he is working to improve the organizational development of companies through the promotion of the Engagement business at Wantedly. |
