Takaka Sakata (CEO of BottoK Inc.)

Previously, he worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Group, where he provided consulting services to small and medium-sized venture companies. He joined Strongpoint Co., Ltd. mid-career in March​ ​2015. In his previous job, he worked as a consultant and supported about 40 companies, mainly in the service industry, manufacturing, and IT industries, and at the same time, he was a seminar lecturer about 100 times a year. After joining Strongpoint Co., Ltd., he experienced the launch of the Kochi base, Takamatsu, and Fukuoka bases. About 40 companies were developed at the Kochi base and about 25 companies were developed at the Takamatsu site. At the same time, he lectures about 60 seminars a year.

Keiko Ide (Senior Manager, BottoK Inc.)

Born in Omura City, Nagasaki Prefecture. He started his career as a trekking guide on Rebun Island in Hokkaido. Through his experience as a guide working with multiple generations, he has established deep communication skills. He changed jobs to a different industry and oversaw a team of overseas engineers with an international background as a web production director. More than 50 projects were successful. After that, he experienced development in the startup support office, interviews with overseas residents, community building, and co-working space management. Joined BottoK mid-career in August​ ​2023. Currently, while working as the main director of DX hands-on support in Saga Prefecture, he is making various proposals and supports in the context of HR ×DX for companies in the Kyushu area.

 

FECC Consultant Satoshi Kuma (Lawyer)

Graduated from Kyushu University Faculty of Law and Kyushu University Law School. After passing the bar exam, he underwent legal apprenticeship and registered as a lawyer. He is a member of Shimuta International Law Office. Winner of the 2019 Hyundai Humansha Quarterly Criminal Defense Newcomer Award. Completed a master's degree at the University of Paris II Law School in 2020. He is currently the head of the Kyushu Federation of Bar Associations. Mainly engaged in legal and litigation fields, international cases, and criminal cases related to companies.

 

FECC Counselor Kaori Nomura (Certified Social Labor Consultant)

Representative of Nomura Social Labor Attorney Office of Yosui Consulting. He was in charge of 1,000 employees in the general affairs department of a medical food company, and based on his experience in procedures for entering and resignation and calculating payroll, he gained various practical experience at a labor and social security attorney office, and obtained his qualification in 2010. We provide a wide range of consultations, from recruitment support to consultation on retirement, such as creating a comfortable working environment. Mainly engaged in labor consultation, employment regulations, recruitment support, nursing care business, and specialized and various procedure agency business.
