◆What is Fukuoka City Employment and Labor Consultation Center (FECC)?

This center is a facility established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Cabinet Office based on the National Strategic Special Zones Act. Lawyers and labor and social security attorneys will consult with you free of charge on questions about labor and legal affairs of companies, such as "recruitment, joining and retirement procedures", "differences in employment status", "precautions for hiring for side jobs", "hiring interns", "how to make work rules", "labor insurance / social insurance procedures", "payroll", "labor-management agreement", "checking labor contract documents", etc.

Event Overview

One of the biggest challenges facing local companies is finding the best human resources. In particular, as the outflow of human resources to urban areas continues, recruitment activities for local companies are becoming increasingly difficult. As labor shortages continue nationwide and diverse work styles become possible, there is an increasing number of companies in large cities targeting human resources in rural areas. This time, we will welcome Mr. Nobuhiro Numanoi, Executive Officer and CHRO of Interactive Co., Ltd., who has been involved in a wide range of HR operations and management as a HR manager at several major companies, and is currently working on the HR field and organizational development, as a guest, to learn about effective HR strategies.

Nobuhiro Numanoi(Executive Officer, CHRO, Interactive, Inc .)

In 2003, he joined Hikari Communications Co., Ltd., and after working as a corporate sales and sales manager, he was widely involved in human resources operations and management as the HR manager of a subsidiary. In 2013, he joined DMM.com Lab Co., Ltd., where he was engaged in a wide range of activities from the launch of the HR department to HR strategy as the head of the group's Human Resources Department. Since 2018, he has greatly expanded the scope of his activities as the head of the DMM Group Chairman's Office, and has contributed greatly to the company's business growth. Joined Interactive Inc. in September 2021. We are working to strengthen the human resources area that is the foundation of the company and to build an organization.
