After working as an assistant professor and part-time lecturer at the Department of Psychiatry at Tokyo Women's Medical University Hospital, she is currently working as an industrial physician and medical director of a startup company, supporting the mental health of business people. My mission as an industrial physician is to "not make health problems a management problem." His main book "How Companies Deal with Mental Health: Industrial Physicians as a Management Strategy"

After working at a law firm in Fukuoka City from 2009, he became independent in 2014 and operated as a representative of a law firm. Recently, he has been focusing on labor issues, such as providing an external contact service for harassment consultation services.
