Chiharu Inoue (HRC)

Born in 1979. Graduated from the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Humanities, Kyoto University. Since joining HRR (currently Recruit Management Solutions), Japan's largest organizational and HR consulting company, he has been in charge of sales for a wide range of customers in the Kansai region, from large ~ small and medium-sized companies, as a salesperson, planning and proposing education and training, designing personnel systems, and supporting the implementation of organizational diagnosis.
Even after transferring to Recruit Career, he will be responsible for supporting the recruitment activities of customers in the Kyushu and Okinawa areas (follow-up on the use of aptitude tests, recruitment consulting, etc.) and planning and executing sales promotion measures using partners such as agents. He retired from the company in 2016 and worked as an organizational and HR consultant and solution planner. In September 2018, he established HRC (Organizational and HR Consulting, Human Resource Development Support Company), and is working to solve organizational issues as a human resources consultant, such as recruitment, retention, human resource development, and training for young people ~ managers from ventures in the Kyushu area to major companies.
