Personnel and labor affairs work is wide-ranging, including recruitment, placement, education and training, payroll calculation, and planning and operation of personnel systems, and requires a wide range of knowledge and skills, but in venture companies and start-up companies, there are many cases where managers and small personnel personnel are responsible for these tasks.

In this course, students will systematically learn the "easiest basic knowledge" required for HR and labor affairs work in a three-part series of lectures by lawyers and labor and social security attorneys, and through case studies, students will acquire skills that are useful for practical work.

The themes of each of the three sessions are "Basic Knowledge of Employment Management ~Let's grasp the flow from recruitment to retirement ~", "​Introduction to Working Conditions Management ~Let's learn about employment rules and working conditions~", and "Let's think based on cases of troubles that are likely to occur". Each session lasts 1.5 hours and includes exercises that lead to practical work through case studies, from basic knowledge input.

Please join us as an opportunity for personnel in charge of human resources to systematically learn about personnel and labor affairs, and as an opportunity for interaction between managers, HR personnel, lawyers, and labor and social security attorneys.

He is a consultant and lawyer at the Fukuoka City Employment and Labor Consultation Center and a lawyer in charge of consultation at the Himawari Hoto Dial Consultation Center of the Fukuoka Prefecture Bar Association's Small and Medium Enterprise Legal Support Center, and mainly deals with legal advisory services for small and medium-sized enterprises (including labor-related fields such as overtime pay and harassment), as well as fields related to intellectual property rights such as trademark rights and copyrights (including art and illustrations).
