◆What is Fukuoka City Employment and Labor Consultation Center (FECC)?

The Center is a facility established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and the Cabinet Office in accordance with the National Strategic Special Zones Act. Lawyers / labor consultants will consult and respond to questions about labor and legal affairs of companies, such as "recruitment, employment, and retirement procedures", "differences in employment forms", "points to note when hiring as a side job", "recruitment of interns", "how to make work rules", "labor insurance and social insurance procedures", "payroll calculation", "labor-management agreements", "subsidies", "stock options", "contract checks", etc., free of charge and many times for lawyers / labor consultants.

Former Recruit Inc. Career Advisor

Born in 1974. After working in corporate sales at P&G, he moved to Recruit. 21 years of experience as a career change agent. He has been involved in recruitment support for more than 500 companies and career change consultation for more than 5,000 individuals. He has also experience as a group manager on both the corporate and individual sides, and is good at proposing realistic solutions and accompanying mid-career hires. He has made numerous appearances on TV, radio, and online news.After retiring from Recruit in June 2022, he went freelance.
