Event Overview

Recruitment styles are changing due to the influence of the new coronavirus, and "how well you can convey company information" will greatly affect candidate satisfaction.

This time, we will welcome Mr. Reihaya Kurokawa, President of the Kyushu Branch, from "SmartHR", a pioneer in the release of recruitment pitch materials, to hear his know-how on the use of recruitment pitch materials. The content provides hints for its use in the company, such as why SmartHR decided to release recruitment pitch materials and what kind of effect it has.
In the second half, we will learn examples of initiatives for organizational development and culture penetration based on the experience of the Kyushu branch office in a talk session format.

Born in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Joined Works Applications Co., Ltd. as a new graduate. Engaged in ERP package proposals mainly for major companies. Joined SmartHR Inc. in 2019. In 2020, with the launch of the Kyushu branch, we made a U-turn to Fukuoka. While working in parallel with the Kyushu branch manager, he was also engaged in the management of sales teams at other bases.

After experiencing accounting, general affairs, human resources, and recruitment at several companies in Fukuoka, he has been in charge of engineer recruitment and HR planning at GMO Pepabo Inc., LINE Fukuoka Inc., Mercari Inc., and Yamap Inc. since 2012. Since January 2022, he has been in charge of HR strategy and recruitment strategy at Toipo Co., Ltd. She also works as a human resources advisor for IT startups and venture companies as a side job.
