I think that there are many organizations that acquire various personnel data such as data linked to individuals such as aptitude tests and personnel evaluation results, and data related to organizations such as organizational diagnosis. On the other hand, even if data is used instantaneously in various situations such as job interviews, there may not be many companies that accumulate and analyze the data and utilize it in personnel policy.

Regarding the analysis and utilization of HR data, which is shunned to make it difficult and tends to be thought that only major companies can do, we will tell you about "simple analysis methods" and "specific use cases" that can be done even by venture companies and people who are not good at numbers. Please help us consider effective personnel measures based on objective data and evidence.

HRC Personnel Consultant Chiharu Inoue LLC

Graduated from the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Humanities, Kyoto University. Since joining HRR (currently Recruit Management Solution Tin), Japan's largest organization and HR consulting company, he has been in charge of more than 1,000 customers in the Kansai region, ranging from large to small and medium-sized enterprises, as a salesperson, planning and proposing education and training, designing personnel systems, and supporting the execution of organizational diagnoses. After transferring to Recruit Career, he will be in charge of supporting the recruitment activities of customers in the Kyushu and Okinawa areas in the recruitment area (follow-up on the use of aptitude tests, recruitment consulting, etc.) and planning and implementing sales promotion measures utilizing partners such as agents. He retired from the company in 2016 and worked as an organization / HR consultant and solution planner, and in September​ ​2018 established HRC LLC (organization / HR consulting, human resource development support company), recruiting, retention, human resource development of major companies from venture companies in the Kyushu area, Promote the resolution of organizational issues as a personnel consultant, such as training for young people ~ managers.
