What can managers and personnel and labor managers do to make an organization in which diverse human resources can demonstrate their abilities?In this seminar, Job Rainbow, a job information site for LGBTQ+, was launched, and Mr. JobRainbow Co., Ltd., Representative Director and CEO of JobRainbow Co., Ltd., who has been engaged in diversity consulting for more than 500 companies, gave a presentation to provide basic knowledge of LGBTQ+ that should be understood for creating LGBTQ + friendly workplaces.
