Seminar outline
We built a back office system that cannot be avoided when the organization of startups and venture companies grows and companies aim for listing (IPOs). There are many back office tasks that need to be done as long as you survive as a company, such as invoice payments, sales management, payroll, attendance management.
Startups and venture companies with limited personnel tend to have lower priorities than sales activities and product development, but their importance increases as the organization expands.
In this seminar, Mr. Otsu, Representative of Hitokara Media CFO/LLC Back Office Designer, who has served as the 0→1 launch of the business management department and CFO of multiple companies, will explain how to start up the back office department based on his achievements in many startups and venture companies.
In addition, we will explain the labor and legal knowledge necessary for back office work.

Representative, Back Office Designer, Hitokara Media Co., Ltd. Mr. Yasuto Ototsu After graduating from university, he started his career in charge of new businesses at restaurants. After working as an engineer for a certain large company, he served as general manager and CFO at several venture companies and startups, and sold it to the KDDI Group in 2016 for double-digit billion yen (amount private) as a founding member and director CFO of AppBroadCast Co., Ltd. in 2013. Currently, he concurrently serves as CFO and corporate department manager at Hitokara Media Co., Ltd., and also serves as CFO and Listing Preparation Advisor for several startups. His areas of expertise include 0→1 in the business management department, general preparation for listing, and financing of unlisted companies. I write the know-how of listing preparation in note. |
