Competition for talented people, mainly engineers, remains fierce.
On the other hand, there are many very talented engineers overseas who want to work in Japan because they like Japanese culture and the environment. If we can acquire such foreign human resources, there are many advantages such as not only compensating for labor shortages, but also being able to recruit excellent engineers who are difficult for Japanese people to acquire.

On the other hand, for companies that do not have experience hiring foreigners, there are current conditions where they are unable to adopt because of the high level of practical and legal hurdles, and are missing out on opportunities to hire excellent foreigners.

In this seminar, Mr. Sanbe, President and CEO ofASIA to JAPAN, who has recently worked at 50 universities in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom to fully know the realities of hiring foreigners, recently hired foreign engineers on the background of attracting attention for hiring foreigners and strategies and methods from recruitment to joining the company. The corporate department manager of an IT company in Fukuoka will also explain with examples.

In addition, we will explain the gist of laws and regulations in the labor and personnel field related to the diversification of human resources.

Joined Career Design Center Co., Ltd. in 1997. He is responsible for career recruitment advertising sales, sales manager and sales manager, marketing manager, and recruitment department. Joined Nikkei HR Co., Ltd. in 2006. Mr. Yasuhiro Yamada, Executive Officer, Corporate Communications Office

Born in Oita Prefecture. After graduating from university in 2011, he joined iCubeEd Systems Co., Ltd. as a new graduate. For three years from his fourth year at the company, he managed an engineering department of just under 30 people, including several foreign engineers, as general manager of the product development department. Since 2018, he has been in charge of management of the management department as an executive officer, and after listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2020, he has been in charge of recruitment, public relations, branding, etc. as the head of the Corporate Communications Office since April 2021.
