This time, Mr. Horie, president of Resily Co., Ltd., who has been supported by more than 140 companies to introduce and operate OKR, will explain the background of OKR attention, the difference from conventional goal management, and the points that are important in actually operating OKR based on a wealth of achievements.

Masahiro Horie

Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Letters in 2010. Graduated from the Graduate School of In-School Information Studies, The University of Tokyo in 2012. After one year of interning at graduate school, he joined Sansan Co., Ltd. Engaged in sales of "Sansan", a business card management service for corporations, in the Sales Department of the Sansan Division. For four months, the company will work on online sales methods at a satellite office in Kamiyama-cho, Tokushima Prefecture. After that, as a product manager for smartphone apps of "Sansan", he led the UX design of app renewal. He retired from Sansan in June 2017 and founded Resily Co., Ltd. with a co-founder engineer.
