[Seminar Summary]

Corona crisis that is prolonged. There is growing concern over employee motivation and reduced productivity due to business uncertainties and prolonged telework.
In this seminar, with a focus on “engagement*”, which is said to have been proved to be related to “productivity”, “profitability”, and “turnover rate”, we have a wealth of organizational development support results centered on small and medium-sized enterprises. Mr. Kazuko Shimada, a representative of Ante Co., Ltd., will be invited as a lecturer and explain "Why is "engagement" important now"? "How to understand the engagement of your organization" "How to improve engagement".
In addition, we will deepen our understanding of labor management precautions and laws that should be held in order to avoid labor and management troubles when engagement decreases due to business uncertainties.
* Engagement: Quantification of employees' "positive attitude toward work and organization". It is closer to motivation and employee satisfaction, but a higher level concept.

We provide support from the perspective of "engagement" and provide coaching for individuals to address organizational issues such as employee turnover and deterioration of motivation and performance.
After graduating from Kyoto University, worked in a local government. Entering the world of coaching from the trouble of his own career, he started a business. Held individual sessions, various lectures, and lectures on themes of career, mentality, and communication.
After that, he deepened learning and practice in areas that cannot be solved by personal support, and is working on organizational development and human resource development with the managers of local companies.
