At this seminar, we welcomed Dr. Yoshihiro Tsutsuta, who is an industrial physician/psychiatrist with experience in various companies from large companies to small and medium-sized companies and startups, and is also a director of startup companies. We will explain how to deal with mental health issues from the four perspectives of "causing factors that have changed in corona," "essence of prevention and early detection," "knack for dealing with disabilities," and "tips for creating a new organization."
