We welcome Mr. Ito, an executive officer of Salesforce.com Co., Ltd., who supports the promotion of corporate DX.

Part 1 DX promotion human resource development and sales reform in after-corona

Joined Salesforce.com in 2008 after working as an inside sales manager for a hardware IT company, sales planning, and account sales.
Engaged in managing the inside sales organization for 11 years thereafter.
Since 2010, we have strengthened project creation by creating a new pioneering team mainly for enterprises.
Currently, he is in charge of sales as a sales manager for local businesses.

 

Part 2 Points to Note on Labor Management in Sales Organization and Telework

Based on the contents of Part 1, an attorney explains the points to note in labor management in the sales organization (dismissal during trial period, etc.) based on trouble cases that tend to occur during the growth process of the startup sales team. In addition, company workers explain the points to be aware of in labor management in remote work.
