FECC, which operates a center where workers, managers, and personnel personnel can feel free to consult with experts such as lawyers and social insurance and labor consultants active in Fukuoka City and Kitakyushu City who are familiar with employment and labor free of charge, will be the first in Japan to hold an acceleration program for personnel and labor managers and managers as follows from this fiscal year. Please check the guidelines carefully before applying.

【Program Overview】
This is a short-term intensive HR and labor specialized acceleration program for about 3 months for startup HR personnel based in Fukuoka City and Kitakyushu City. Through the program period, we aim to become HR INNOVATOR (HR and labor reformer) by solving personnel and labor issues, sharing knowledge of other companies' cases, and acquiring knowledge.

Qualification requirements:
>Have a business activity base such as head office/branch office in Fukuoka City or Kitakyushu City
>Those who aim to open a business must belong to a company that has been open for about 5 years or less and be a manager (entrepreneur) or a personnel manager
>Except for unavoidable reasons, it is possible to participate in the entire schedule of this program (including participation in regular seminars)
> Strong desire to grow in the personnel and labor field
>Has attended or consulted with FECC seminars in the past
Note: This program does not support dispute cases related to personnel and labor affairs.

【Support Menu】
●Individual consultation by FECC counselors "FECC Labor Consultation" (labor area)
Depending on the issues and requests of each company to which the applicant belongs, we will conduct individual matching and individual consultation in consideration of the compatibility with the specialized fields of FECC counselors (lawyers and labor and social security attorneys).
●Individual mentoring "Co-HR consultation" (human resources area)
Individual mentoring by external experts will be provided as necessary for individual consultations with FECC counselors.
●Personnel and Labor Exchange Meeting "HR Bar"
We will establish opportunities for interaction between personnel personnel (adoptees) as appropriate for the purpose of promoting communication with each other, the secretariat, lawyers, labor and social security attorneys, related parties, etc.
●FECC HR CAMP, an intensive consultation program on personnel and labor affairs (Human Resources and Labor Areas)
In the intensive consultation program, in which the grantees, FECC counselors, external experts, the secretariat, etc. participate, we will intensively conduct two days of building good relationships, hearing on personnel and labor issues, and responding to consultations.
