The concept of diversity and inclusion is spreading in Japanese companies, and an increasing number of companies are aiming to create a comfortable working environment for everyone, including LGBTQ + parties.

What can managers and personnel and labor managers do to make an organization in which diverse human resources can demonstrate their abilities?

In this seminar, Job Rainbow, a job information site for LGBTQ+, was launched, and Mr. JobRainbow Co., Ltd., Representative Director and CEO of JobRainbow Co., Ltd., who has been engaged in diversity consulting for more than 500 companies, gave a presentation to provide basic knowledge of LGBTQ+ that should be understood for creating LGBTQ + friendly workplaces. You will be asked to explain the idea from the perspective of the parties concerned and the response as a company.

In addition, we will explain the labor and legal knowledge necessary for creating a diversity organization.
