Representative Director of People&Culture Co., Ltd. After starting a business while at university, he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. as a new graduate in 2003. Engaged in sales planning/ marketing / business development / new business sales manager / recruitment planning / human resource development in the human resources department. In 2018, he changed jobs to Deloitte Tohmatsu and Audit Corporation Tohmatsu, where he was engaged in business development support for startups as an accelerator. Since 2020, he has been engaged in director/advisory services at a startup.

Mr. Kaori Sato, Team Leader, Corporate Planning Division

After graduating from Gakushuin University, he joined Taisho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. After two and a half years of sales, he wanted to work in recruitment, so he changed his job to Recruit Career Co., Ltd.
We provide recruitment consulting for many companies, mainly in the field of new graduates. In 2019, he was engaged in the launch of a new graduate introduction service in Fukuoka. I strongly realized that "human power is essential for the growth of the company", and I began to want to engage in the recruitment of the company instead of consulting from outside, so I joined Fusic, which was the company in charge at that time, in October 2020.
He is currently responsible for hiring the recruitment team as the team leader of the recruitment and public relations team.

Mr. Keiichi Sato, Human Resources Manager

After experiencing accounting, general affairs, human resources, and recruitment at several local companies in Fukuoka, he moved to the IT venture industry.
During the launch of the personnel organization of several companies that provide their own apps and web services, he was in charge of everything from recruitment work to labor around.
In June 2019, he joined Yamap Co., Ltd., and as a human resources manager, he was in charge of personnel systems and recruitment.
Recently, since April 2021, he has been supporting recruitment strategies as CHRO of Toipo Co., Ltd. as a "side job personnel".
