Kazuko Shimada
We provide support from an "engagement" perspective and provide personal coaching to address organizational issues such as turnover and poor motivation and performance.
After graduating from Kyoto University, he worked in a local government. He entered the world of coaching because of the troubles of his career and started his own business. He has held individual sessions, various courses, and lectures on topics such as career, mentality, and communication.
Since then, he has deepened his learning and practice of areas that cannot be solved by supporting individuals, and is working with the managers of local companies on organizational development and human resource development.
