FECC, which operates a center where workers, managers, and human resources managers can freely consult with experts such as lawyers and social insurance and labor consultants active in Fukuoka City and Kitakyushu City who are familiar with employment and labor and are familiar with employment rules, will hold the 2nd Innovator (2nd class) acceleration program for personnel and labor managers from this fiscal year as follows.

【Program Overview】
This is a short-term intensive HR and labor specialized acceleration program for about 4 months for startup HR managers based in Fukuoka City and Kitakyushu City. THROUGHOUT THE PROGRAM PERIOD, WE AIM TO BECOME AN HR INNOVATOR BY SOLVING HUMAN RESOURCES AND LABOR ISSUES, SHARING KNOWLEDGE OF OTHER COMPANIES, AND ACQUIRING KNOWLEDGE.

[Eligibility]
Number of companies selected: 3 (first come, first served)
Participation: Free
*Even if you apply, your application may not be accepted if the capacity has been reached.
Vision: To proactively solve HR issues as an HR INNOVATOR.
Qualification requirements:
>Having a head office/branch office or other business base in Fukuoka City or Kitakyushu City
> From those who are looking to start a business and intend to employ workers, and who have been in business for approximately five yearsBelong to a company and be a manager (entrepreneur) or a human resources manager
>Those aiming to start a business must be managers (entrepreneurs) or personnel managers of a company that has been in business for approximately five years or less.
Except for unavoidable circumstances, you will be able to participate in the entire program (including regular seminars)
> High desire to grow in the field of human resources and labor management
> Have participated in or consulted at a FECC seminar in the past

【Support Menu】
●Individual consultation by FECC counselors "FECC Labor Consultation" (Labor Matters)
Depending on the issues and requests of each company to which the selector belongs, we will conduct individual matching and individual consultations in consideration of the expertise and compatibility of FECC consultants (lawyers and social workers).
●Individual mentoring "Co-HR Consultation" (HR area)
Individual mentoring by external experts will be provided as necessary in individual consultations with FECC counselors.
●Personnel and Labor Exchange Meeting "CONNECT HR"
Opportunities for interaction will be set up as appropriate for the purpose of promoting communication between personnel personnel (adoptees), the secretariat, lawyers, social workers, related parties, etc.
Kick-off Days "FECC Launch Days" (Human Resources & Labor Affairs)
On the kick-off day, which is attended by the adoptees, FECC consultants, external experts, the secretariat, etc., we will intensively provide support for building good relationships, simple DD, hearings, and consultation responses in the first week.
