Kyoko Kawa
After graduating from the Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University, joined Recruit Agent Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Career) in 2007. As a corporate sales representative, he is engaged in matching individuals with medical industry customers, including foreign medical device manufacturers. After that, he moved to the sales planning department. As a new business consultant, we help large corporate recruiters to design and operate overall processes, define human resource requirements, formulate recruitment communication plans, and support business expansion from a human resource perspective. In April 2013, while working for Recruit Career, he established Waris Co., Ltd. and became involved in management on a voluntary basis. After retiring from Recruit Career in June 2014, he retired. Lives in Fukuoka since April 2016.

■ InterRace Co., Ltd. Representative Director
Mr. Yoshinori Kuwata
At Recruit Co., Ltd., assigned to the recruitment solution sales department for major companies. After that, he moved to the Head Office Business Development Office, where he was engaged in new business development, corporate acquisitions, and PMI. After returning to the HR department after launching the nurse recruitment support service, he served as sales planning manager, general manager of the Tokyo metropolitan area sales department, general manager of the business planning department, and general manager of the business planning department. He has been engaged in management support for small and medium-sized enterprises in the region since he was a sales manager, and has been working as a management advisor for three companies.

■ President of Taimy Corporation Fukuoka Branch
Mr. Yuya Sakata
Born in Fukuoka City. Saga University graduate. After graduating from a securities company with a new grad, worked in a retail business in Osaka for three years, then joined a venture company in Tokyo. After launching a new business for about two years, he became president of Taimy Fukuoka branch in August 2019.
