After graduating from the Department of Policy Management, Faculty of Policy Management, Keio University, joined Recruit Agent Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Career) in 2007. As a corporate sales representative, engaged in individual matching with client companies in the medical industry, including foreign-affiliated medical device manufacturers. Then moved to the sales planning department. As a new business consultant, we support the expansion of business from a human resources perspective by conducting large-scale recruitment of corporate companies by designing and operating the entire process, defining human resource requirements, and planning recruitment communication plans. During his career in recruiting careers, he established Waris Co., Ltd. in April 2013 and was involved in management on a voluntary basis. Lives in Fukuoka since April 2016.
