■ «Part 1: 'Basic' of labor / personnel affairs'»
The work of persons in charge of labor / personnel staff is diverse, such as hiring, time management, payroll calculation, various procedures and formulation of employment rules.
In Part 1, I will explain "basic 'of labor / personnel that people who became general manager in charge of personnel affairs recently want to know.

■ «Part 2: Method for preventing labor disputes»
In the event of a dispute between employers and workers such as dismissal or overtime payment, there are many cases that it can not be solved smoothly by internal discussion alone.
As a person in charge of labor and personnel affairs, it is important to understand the points of labor relations laws and judicial precedents and to prevent conflicts beforehand.
In Part 2, a lawyer with a lot of experience in dispute handling will explain the basic knowledge for prevention of conflict.
