Graduated from Department of Social Studies, Faculty of Humanities, Kyoto University. Since joining the domestic largest HRR (current recruit management solution tin) in organization / personnel consulting, he has been responsible for over 1,000 total customers in the Kansai region, ranging from major to small in the Kansai area, planning and proposing educational training, designing personnel systems , And carried out organizational diagnosis execution support.
After transferring to recruit career, I was responsible for planning and implementation of sales promotion measures utilizing customer hiring recruitment support (utilization of aptitude test, recruitment consulting, etc.) and partner partners in the employment field in the Kyushu-Okinawa area.
In 2016, he retired from the company, served as an organization / personnel consultant and solution planner, established a joint company HRC (organization / personnel consulting, human resource development support company) in September, 2018, hiring a major company from a venture in the Kyushu area · We are engaged in solving organizational issues as consultants for personnel consultants, such as consolidation and training of human resources and young to manager training.
