[Latest version] Points to prevent disputes over “retirement” that must be held for startups

■ Part 1: Basic rules regarding dismissal that startups want to hold down are explained by company workers in an easy-to-understand manner. We will provide easy-to-understand explanations from the basic concept to how to proceed while giving common case problems during startup to case studies.
