■ ≪Part1: What are the mechanisms and systems necessary for startups to achieve rapid growth? ≫
Last year, we invited guests from the COO of BASE Co., Ltd., who played an IPO, and explained through examples through panel discussions. In the course of the actual IPO, I will explain what organizational issues (such as recruitment, internal systems, salary, labor management issues) were faced and the systems and systems were developed.

Born in Kyoto in 1978.
After working in the Suntory Soft Drinks section, moved to Recruit Co., Ltd. in 2004. Joined BASE Co., Ltd. in 2017 after working as a general manager in the business promotion office, general manager of the corporate planning department at related companies, new business planning in the O2O, digital marketing, CRM, and settlement fields. Promote customer success, such as helping sales departments and shops improve sales. In July of the same year, he worked as a COO to strengthen the business and organizational structure. In June 2018, he became a director.

Based on the contents of the first half, company workers and lawyers will explain labor-management problems and trends of troubles that occur during the growth process, and explain countermeasures against the employment guidelines.
