■ ≪Part1: What is needed for the sales team of a rapidly growing startup≫
Experts who have been practicing the sales team are invited and commentary along with actual examples. This section describes the systems and structures introduced by strong sales teams, the work environment in which high-performing teams are in place, and how to work in highly productive sales.

* Lecturer introduction *
Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support Co., Ltd.
Graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University. After starting a human resources venture while in school, joined Recruit Co., Ltd. (currently Recruit Holdings).
After working as a sales promotion / advertising / product planning for small and medium-sized companies / venture companies, developing new internal business, establishing a new business media regional base, and managing a new business sales organization, he became a mid-career recruitment project leader in the human resources department.
Experienced planning and operation of mid-career recruitment for a total of 600 people across 38 business locations nationwide and 8 businesses including new businesses for listing.
In addition, he is in charge of planning / operation for recruitment / training / organization growth after recruitment. Since April 2006, has been in charge of HR (Recruitment / Organization Development) area at Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support.

■ ≪Part2: Labor-management issues and countermeasures that occur during the growth of the sales team≫
Based on the contents of the first half, company workers and lawyers will explain labor-management problems and trends of troubles that occur during the growth process, and explain countermeasures against the employment guidelines.
